I was confident in the knowledge and professionalism of the SERVPRO® Franchise’s on-site personnel who performed the services at my home. 10 out of 10 rating! 

Initial contact- excellent. Technician - Rex excellent, knowledgeable, patient, thorough, kind. Gave practical recommendations to address minor issues we are experiencing.

Professional employees arrived on time, explained clearly the procedures they would follow and proceeded to do so. They finished the remediation in 3 hours and removed all debris from the property when they left. The PM of the Columbus, SERVPRO oversaw their processes. We were very pleased with the work they performed.

This is the 2nd time SERVPRO has been to my apartment complex. This time I had a wonderful experience with Shirly & Cherie. They were on time, professional, sufficient and friendly. Thanks, ladies you were a pleasure and amazing to work with! If my "Mold and Mildew" returns I know who to ask for.
