"Got the smoke smell out fast from a fire"

*Fire Damage*

"Had a kitchen fire. They ladies at SERVPRO came out to my home and packed all items. They then returned the items all cleaned and assisted us with unpacking the contents." Will use again! 

Called and spoke with SERVPRO about a smoke odor in my home. They had a team out within the hour to asset the property. They recommended using an OZONE machine. Came back the following day and the odor was gone! "Like it never even happened."

The clean up crew that was dispatched to my house fire went above and beyond for my family and I. Dawn and Maria were very polite, professional, and personable. They also have a great eye for detail. I would highly recommend this company and their workers

Their advisor was helpful in locating the smoke odor that was remaining in our HVAC unit. Was able to assist with cleaning and deodorizing the unit.

Although I'm out of state their cleaners did a great job with cleaning up from the smoke damage. 

The Contents Team at SERVPRO of Columbus was very helpful and explained all steps it would take for my contents to be cleaned and returned. 

I recently had a small kitchen fire. It was very scary for me & my 2 year old. The oven was a minimal issue compared to the smaller things like my child's sippy cups, pacifiers & little drawings on the fridge. The next day filled my eyes again. Not for the stress or sadness but out of pure joy. Those women that cleaned my home have no idea the weight they took off my shoulders. The first thing I saw were my daughters pictures hanging on my fridge. Thank you for all you do.
