I had them clean our carpets on post for a fair price, and their technician, Dennis, was very professional and thorough. I have an almost 2 year old, and I failed to mention I did not want a pretreatment of chemicals but only their powerful hot water cleaning. Afterward, I began to panic, and Jeff, their mitigation specialist, stepped in and answered all my questions about the chemical used and sent Dennis out quickly to do only a hot water extraction just for my peace of mind. There was never a bad attitude from anyone about my questions or concerns but instead only understanding. Thank you, SERVPRO. I'll be back when we move.
