Our Property Management companies call SERVPRO to handle their mitigation losses. This video shows a house that is currently under contract and had a water heater burst over the weekend. SERVPRO of Columbus went out to the property and assisted with Emergency Services for extraction and equipment placement. We are currently in the Insurance process to obtain approval for demo in order to get the structure dry and back on the market.
