Water Damage to Upgrades

In this before photo the insured has a water damage that affected three areas of their home. The kitchen required new cabinets and sheetrock. 

Now with this property the insured decided that they would like to upgrade some items in their home that the insurance company was not going to cover. SERVPRO was happy to assist them with these upgrades. We provided a secondary estimate to the insured for the overages that it would take in order to upgrade their kitchen. 

In the after photo you can see that they went with a newer cabinet design, counter tops, and lighting and sink fixtures. This upgraded makes the kitchen look more open and a current style.
