Water Loss vs Contents

In the above photo you will see a closet that was packed with personal belongings. This property had a water loss that affected about 10 other areas throughout the home. Now SERVPRO removed the contents from this closet and packed the items. 

When it comes to personal property we want to ensure that all items are inventoried and listed with its current condition. We provide this list to the insurance provider. 

In the after photo you can see that all contents were removed from the floor in order for the wet materials to be removed.
