On this evening, our after hours technicians received a call that the building had a toilet overflow in one of their restrooms. SERVPRO dispatched a crew to head their way.
During the services the technician performed the following work:
- Extraction (weighted)
- Anti-microbial treatment
- Placement of drying equipment
- Daily/Weekend monitoring of equipment
- Documentation of services provided to the insured/insurance for record keeping
This store had a total of 3 areas affected by Cat 2 water. Once the areas was to IICRC 500 Standards. SERVPRO removed our equipment and the store returned to normal.
