Kitchen Fire

This property had a stove top kitchen fire. Damaging the appliances and cabinets. Soot filled the structure throughout the home. Our technicians went into the property and completed the following:

1. Structure Cleaning
2. Contents Cleaning
3. Provide 3rd Party Textile Company
4. Wrote a Repairs Estimate

Although, in the after photo you can see the wipe marks on the ceiling were some of the soot remains. That will be taken care of during the rebuild side. Structure cleaning took 3 to 4 days, packing of the contents took 4 to 5 day. We are working along side the insurance company and the customer on getting their property back to use.
